Proof, Not Promises

Case Studies

Every project tells a story. Here is one we are proud of — from expensive problem to production.

Case Study 01

T18XX — Autonomous Pool-Cleaning Robot

Five years of focused development in autonomous robots operating in harsh environments.

The Problem

The customer needed a robotic pool cleaner able to climb steep slopes and walls reliably — while reducing the manufacturing cost per unit.

The Concept

A compact platform with a sealed 12V drive system, designed for waterproofing first and manufacturability from day one.

Development

Chassis, drive base and wet-end components were engineered in 3D, prototyped with additive manufacturing, and iterated through pool-testing cycles.

Challenges

Waterproofing motors and electronics, keeping traction on steep slopes, and shaping every part for injection-moulding economics.

The Final Product

The T18XX entered production with a moulded ABS base, a sealed drivetrain and a service-friendly architecture.

Lessons Learned

Design for waterproofing and manufacturability at the same time — never one after the other. Five years of pool-robot work transfers directly to service robots, commercial cleaning and agricultural automation.
